Enhance the presentation of your Viewer with links to external sources.

1. Find the Configure icon in the bottom left corner of the interface and click it.
   
2. In the Configuration area, scroll to the Viewer External Link panel and click Add (if viewer external links already exist, you will click Manage, which will appear in the same space).
   
3. On the View External Links page, click the Add URL button.
   
4. When the Add New Link dialog opens, give the link a name in the Caption field and enter the address to which you wish to link in the URL field.
   
   • Check the Embedded Dialog box if you wish to activate the External Views Dialog icon in the Viewer.
5. Click the Add button to create the External View link, or click the Cancel button to close the dialog without altering the View.
6. On the Viewer External Links page, click the trash can icon to delete a link or click the pencil icon to edit a link.
   
   • On the Edit dialog, make your changes then click the Save button to update the external link or click the eXit icon to close the dialog without altering it.
